Third-Party Booking and Communications Processor

Skydive Colorado engages Burble Software ("Burble") as its official SaaS provider for online reservations and customer communications. When you submit your personal information - such as name, phone number, and SMS consent - via the reservation form hosted at bookings.burblesoft.com or within the BurbleMe mobile application, Burble collects, processes, and stores that data on Skydive Colorado's behalf as a data processor.

The personal information collected by Burble is used solely to:

- Facilitate your booking;

- Send operational text messages regarding your reservation;

- Manage your communication preferences, including opt-out requests.

Burble is contractually required to implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data in accordance with applicable law. To review, update, or revoke your SMS consent at any time, please log in to your account at bookings.burblesoft.com under "Privacy Policy - Communication Preferences" or open the BurbleMe app and navigate to "Settings - Communication Preferences."

Requests for Refund of Prepaid Accounts or Other Promotional Offers.

From time to time, Skydive Colorado, LTD may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional products such as discounted pre-paid jump packages, pre-paid AFF courses, or other specially priced services.

1. Promotional products must be used within two (2) years from the date of purchase, at which time they become null and void.

2. Requests for full or pro-rated refunds will be honored if made within ninety (90) days of purchase. Skydive Colorado, LTD will not honor refund requests made thereafter.

3. Reservation Deposit are NOT Refundable. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment time.. There is a $50 no show fee.
